The casino does have FAQs. Some of the information there is useful. However, it isn’t detailed enough to help most visitors who are deciding to sign up or need to find out more about 22Bet’s processes. 22Bet is active on Twitter, although the content is mostly sports-related. 

22Bet is a well-stocked casino. There’s a lot to like, including more than 1,000 slots, over 300 live dealer titles and plenty of other options in different game categories. Plus, there’s a great selection of competitive odds for sports betting. 

We’re happy to see the loyalty program in place, 24/7 customer support and mobile apps for iOS and Android users. We were also reassured by the site’s licences and security information.

There are a few areas where we feel 22Bet could improve. Clearer payment information and more Canadian-friendly options would be an excellent start. We’d also like to see live chat responses be more informative and come back faster. 

More time to use the bonus and lower wagering requirements are also on our wishlist. It's a shame that cryptos are excluded from bonuses, and we’d like to see more promotions in general.
